We intensely care and impact through sall subdivisions and people groups. Each group is tasked with a group leader and assistants that enable them to ensure the fulfilment of the tasks and goal for each group.
We carry out diversification across these groups to teach and implement different attributes of life, same objectives, different systems and independant goals. 
The targets carry on across the programs as you read above for all these groups and then monitoring and assessment to ensure change.
