An essential part of our development work is financial management for we believe that much of what the people in these communities luck is not material resources but the knowledge to manage them effectively to their benefit; this means ensuring that the people in the community are trained and skilled, as well as organized, to maximize the potential of the community to take hold of its own development
We help to develop community resource management structures inform of groups to utilize the power of unity, shared knowledge resources, and experiences that create the combined capability to better manage their development through the best principles and practices of farming and agriculture. This enhances shared accountability and values in all affairs of local development.
We also strongly believe in maximizing impact by transferring field experiences into knowledge banks (developing manuals) to influence the development policies and practices of NGOs, donors, and government agencies, and facilitate resource mapping for working towards the long-term goal of eradicating poverty through not only financial literacy but also wealth creation through businesses and equipping the community with business ideas.
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), which we also invest in and train within these groups, promotes well-being by ensuring safe working conditions, reducing accidents, and protecting workers' health. It fosters a culture of care, boosts productivity, and strengthens communities by prioritizing human dignity and ethical responsibility in workplaces.
Education for orphaned children and those unfortunate offers them hope, opportunity, and a path to a brighter future. It empowers them with knowledge, skills, and confidence, breaking cycles of poverty and vulnerability. By providing access to quality education, society nurtures resilience, dignity, and leadership potential, allowing these children to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their communities as the time goes by.
